Resolving Fear and Beliefs Around Money
A One-Day Intensive on Scarcity, Receiving, Growing, and Keeping

Do you struggle to receive money, keep it, grow it, or feel at ease with it?

For many people, the issue is not simply financial knowledge or discipline. Money can become linked to fear, scarcity, shame, pressure, self-doubt, and a deep sense of emotional unsafety. Even when opportunities increase, old patterns may remain: difficulty holding on to money, discomfort receiving more, panic when income rises, or the persistent feeling that there is never enough.

This one-day intensive is designed to help participants explore and begin resolving the emotional patterns that may be driving these experiences.

Using EmRes®, we will go beneath surface-level beliefs and behaviors to the unresolved emotional material that can shape our relationship with money in powerful and often invisible ways. Rather than trying to force change through mindset alone, this workshop invites a deeper process: addressing the fears and beliefs that may be making money feel charged, unsafe, or difficult to hold.

Together, we will explore themes such as:

  • scarcity and fear of not having enough

  • difficulty receiving money or support

  • discomfort with visibility, success, or growth

  • challenges keeping or accumulating money

  • emotional patterns that may fuel self-sabotage

  • the link between money, safety, worth, and inner capacity

Through teaching, reflection, and guided experiential work, participants will have the opportunity to better understand these patterns and begin shifting them at their source.

This workshop is for anyone who senses that their relationship with money is shaped by more than logic — and who wants to explore that relationship with depth, compassion, and the possibility of real change.

Open to everybody. No prior experience with EmRes® is required.
