Learn to teach Self-EmRes®
This course is designed to train you to teach Self Emotional Resolution® (Self-EmRes) to both groups and individuals.
Prerequisite: Certified EmRes Practitioner
Over the years, we have developed a concise, efficient, and highly effective class for teaching Self-EmRes. This course goes beyond showing people how to resolve debilitating emotional difficulties—it also equips you to clearly explain why and how EmRes works.
You will learn how to teach four core themes:
How emotions are constructed
How to update obsolete brain predictions when an emotion is activated
How to facilitate a Self-EmRes experience in a group or classroom setting
How to guide individuals
in resolving debilitating emotions from a memory
This training will deepen both your understanding and your mastery of EmRes—not only as a method, but as a way of being. The ability to teach something clearly is one of the clearest markers of true integration and mastery.
